6. Troubleshooting

Problem
The pump delivers no
water
The pump delivers a
reduced water flow
CAUTION !
If other faults occur, please contact GARDENA Service.
WARNING ! Electric Shock !
Risk of injury due to electric shock.
V Disconnect the fountain pump at the mains before
rectifying any faults.
Probable Cause
Mains plug not plugged in.
Impeller unit is blocked.
Impeller running in the
wrong direction due to
insufficient water.
Foam filter / filter housing
dirty.
Work on the electrical parts must only be carried out by
GARDENA Service Centres.
Remedy
v Plug in the mains plug.
v Clean pump.
v Disconnect from the mains
and top up with water.
v Clean the foam filter / filter
housing.
