• Attach casters (G and H) using (4) DD, (4) BB, and (4) CC in each
caster.
• Wrench tighten.
• Discard screws in caster package (if supplied).
Note: Mount both swivel casters (H) on the same side of the unit as the
handle.

REMOVING
AND INSTALLING
DRAWERS:
• Empty the drawer.
• Fully extend the drawer.
Release :/
Lever Style - Lift or lower (depending on the
slide) the release lever on both sides, (this
allows the slides to ride over the stops.) Pull
out to remove.
Tab Style - Depress the release tabs on
both sides, (this allows the slides to ride over
the stops.) Pull out to remove.
• To reinstall, carefully align
the slides and slowly push
the drawer into the unit until
the drawer stops.
Note: Make sure drawers are
matched with their original
slides.
/_GRIPLATCH TMDRAWER FRONTS:
To open, lift up on the drawer front while pulling towards you.

• To close, shut the drawer firmly until the latch engages.
• Pull back lightly to see if the drawer is completely closed.
• If the drawer does not stay closed, the striker may be bent, or
the striker rubs against the drawer slides.
• To fix the problem, lightly bend the striker until the drawer will
engage in the slide.
• Unit not shown for clarity.

• Lubricate lock with graphite, (yearly).
• Lubricate the slides with grease or equivalent, (twice yearly.)
• For casters, use high quality bearing grease, (yearly).
• Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces
should be cleaned with a mild detergent and water.
• Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning
fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable
cleaning fluid.
• If drawer liners are supplied, it is recommended
they are used
to protect the finish inside the drawers and to make the drawers
easier to clean. The drawer liners may be cleaned with soap
and water.
• For units with paint finish, auto wax will preserve the unit's
luster finish. Apply the wax as to a car. The wax wilt also help
protect the unit against scratches.
• For stainless steel units, the unit may be polished with stainless

polish periodically.
