Intel Trusted Execution Technology Configuration
Intel TXT support only can be enabled/disabled if
SMX is enabled. VT and VT-d support must also be
enabled prior to TXT.

system to detect the presence of USB devices at startup. If detected, the USB controller
legacy mode is enabled. If no USB device is detected, the legacy USB support is disabled.
