Project saveWithDialog() method

Description
This method presents the Save dialog box to a user. The user can either name a file with a location and save it,
or click Cancel and exit the dialog.
This method returns a boolean that is true if the file was saved, and false if not.
Parameters
None.
Returns
Boolean; true if file was saved.
