Word Swap

Word Swap allows you to reverse the order of two
words or group of alpha characters immediately
adjacent to one another on a line within Correction
Memory. For example:
To or be not to be
Words that are transposed must be separated by a
single space. Characters such as a hyphen (-) and
apostrophe (') are considered part of a word. If you
use any other symbol at the end of a word or between
words (such as a number, punctuation, etc.), the Shift
Lock light will flash to indicate an error. If you try to
swap non-adjacent words, the Shift Lock light will
flash. Press any key and the light will stop flashing.
Words will maintain original upper/lower case
status. For example:
WORD great
Bold and Underscore must be activated to swap
words with these enhancements.
NOTE: Words can only be up to 25 characters in length.
To use Word Swap:
1. Press Back Space to any character in the second
word.
2. Press Code +
The print hammer locates to the right of the right-
most word that was swapped.
3. Press Code + Reloc (Return), if necessary, to
relocate.
