Instructions for use
Problem
Water runs out from
under the washing
machine.
Conditioner is not
drawn in, the æ com-
partment for additives
is full of water.
Washing is heavily
creased.
The washing has not
been spun as dry as
usual.

Possible Cause
The threaded inlet hose fit-
ting is not watertight.
The outlet hose is not water-
tight.
The drain pump cover is not
closed properly.
Washing has been trapped in
the
door.
The emergency drain hose is
not connected properly or is
leaking.
The conditioner insert is not
correctly set into the addi-
tive compartment or is
clogged.
Probably too much washing
has been put in the drum.
The washing was not able to
be distributed evenly in the
drum prior to spinning.
Remedy
Screw the inlet hose in
firmly.
Check the outlet hose and
replace it, if necessary.
Close the cover properly.
Stop the programme and
free the washing from the
door. Start a new pro-
gramme.
Connect the emergency
drain hose properly (see Sec-
tion "Emergency Drain Pro-
cedure"). If the emergency
drain hose is leaking, call
Customer Service.
Clean the detergent drawer,
adjust the conditioner insert
firmly.
Pay attention to the maxi-
mum load quantity (see Pro-
gramme Tables). In the case
of easy-care fabrics, select
the EASY IRON (FACILE A RE-
PASSER/STRIJKVRIJ) pro-
gramme.
Always load the drum as ful
as possible with a combina-
tion of large and small items.
