Congratulations on your purchase of the Outlaw Audio Surround Loudspeaker
(SL). You now own a pair of one of the finest surround speakers available. The Outlaw
SL provides remarkable surround performance in, and quite frankly beyond, their
price range.
The many features of the Outlaw Surround Loudspeakers include:
A 25mm soft dome tweeter with neodymium motor vented, former, and ferro fluid
n
cooling (used In "Direct Mode")
Symmetrical, side-mounted 2.5" full-range drivers (used In "Diffuse Mode")
n
A long throw 5-1/4" woofer, for deep controlled bass extension
n
Furniture grade cabinetry, including hand-painted black or white finish on MDF
n
A 2-position Diffuse/Direct switch to select surround mode
n
We encourage you to carefully follow the setup information provided in the following
pages to ensure you get every last note of audiophile performance from your new
surround channel speakers.
Unpacking
The carton and packing materials used in shipping your new speakers were specially
designed to cushion them from the shocks and vibrations of shipping. We strongly
suggest that you save the carton and packing materials to use if you move, or if the
speakers ever need to be shipped back to us for any reason.
To minimize the size of the carton in storage, you may wish to flatten it by carefully
opening the top and bottom flaps and folding the carton flat. Packing materials that
cannot be collapsed should be saved along with the carton in a plastic bag.
