Parking Sensor System

To turn off all rear sensors

The parking sensor system must be
turned off before beginning this
procedure.
1.
Press and hold the parking sensor
system switch and then turn the
ignition switch to the ON (II)
position.
2.
Keep pressing the switch for 10
seconds. The LED indicator in the
switch will flash.
3.
Press the switch again and the
LED indicator will turn off. A
beeper will sound twice to confirm
that the rear sensors are now
disabled.

When you shift to reverse (R), the
LED indicator in the switch will blink
as a reminder that the rear sensors
are disabled.
To return to the original setting,
repeat the procedure. A beeper will
sound 3 times to confirm that the
rear sensors are now enabled.
