The power light on the Acer LCD monitor is not coming on because the monitor has a power issue. When plugged in, the monitor shows a continuous flashing orange light, and pressing the power button does nothing. This suggests a problem with the internal power supply, possibly due to faulty components such as capacitors on the power board.
