You can place a Captivate movie in a new RoboHelp topic and then link to that topic from any
other topics in the help system. If you select the option to open the movie topic in an auto-sizing
pop-up window, the size of the window adjusts to accommodate the height and width of the
movie.
To display the movie in an auto-sizing pop-up window:
In RoboHelp, create a new topic.
1.
Add the Captivate movie to the topic. From the Insert menu, select Multimedia.

The Multimedia dialog box appears.
Browse to the location of your Captivate file (for example, myproject.swf), select it, and click

OK.
Save the topic.
4.
Open the topic you want to use to start the movie.
5.
Select the text or image to use as a hyperlink. From the Insert menu, select Hyperlink.
6.
In the Select Destination (File or URL) list, select the topic containing the Captivate movie.
7.
In Hyperlink Properties, select Display in auto-sizing popup.
8.
Click OK.

Preview the topic to see what the movie looks like, or generate and view your help system to see
