Cause
The machine is not connected to the
power supply
The cups are cold
Steam spout clogged
Coffee too fine
Brew group dirty
SBS system knob turned all the way
to the right
Coffee too coarse
SBS system knob turned all the way
to the left
There are limescale deposits in the
circuit
The brew group is off position
Drip tray inserted
Brew unit in the wrong position
Brew unit clogged
Unsuitable coffee blend or coffee is
not freshly toasted
Coffee blend too coarse
SBS system knob turned towards
the left
Drip tray too full
Solution
Check connection to the power
supply
Warm the cups with hot water
Pull the steam spout downwards to
remove it, and clean
Change coffee blend
Rotate the grind regulation knob to
the highest number
Wash the brew group
Turn the knob to the left and when
the machine is brewing, turn toward
the right
Change coffee blend
Rotate the grind regulation knob to
a lower value
When the machine is brewing, turn
the knob to the right
Run descaling cycle
Turn the machine on. Close the
front door; the group returns to
the starting position and can be
removed.
Remove the drip tray
Reposition the brew unit
Remove brew unit and wash
Change coffee blend
Regulate the grind
Turn the SBS system knob to the
right
Check the position of the float and
empty the drip tray
