Files and folders can be moved to any folder a user has access to. The Move action is helpful in keeping files organized.
To move files:
1. Open the folder containing the files or folders you want
to move.
2. Select files and folders to move by marking the box by
the filename in the File List.
3. Click the Move button in the action bar. The Move
window opens (Fig. 4.3.5-C). The files you selected to
move are listed.
4. Select the destination folder from the "Move to"
menu.
5. Click the Move button.

You can rename files or folders using the Rename action.
To rename files:
1. Open the folder containing the files or folders you want
to rename.
2. Select files and folders to move by marking the box by
the filename in the File List.
3. Click the Rename

to move are listed in text boxes.
4. Click in a text box to change a file name.
5. When you're done changing file names, click the
name button.
