9. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other.) This plug will

Agitator will not turn to feed the coins.
The agitator in the Royal Sovereign Fast Sort FS-2D may not be turning to feed coins due to a jam. To resolve this, loosen the Hopper Lid Screw with a coin, lift the Hopper Lid to expose the Running Vessel, retrieve the jammed item, replace the Hopper Lid, and screw it back. Then, push the RUN/STOP button to restart sorting.
