2.8 When using cleaning tools, cleaner handle
should be in the upright position for convenience in
moving the cleaner from one area to another.
Turn cleaner OFF before disconnecting and
connecting hose to hose tube.
To use hose, lift hose end as shown.
Brushroll continues to turn while product is turned on and handle is in
upright position. To avoid damage to carpet, rugs, furniture and flooring,
avoid tipping cleaner or setting it on furniture, fringed area rugs, or carpeted
stairs during tool use.

2.6 To adjust height setting, TURN knob (A) to
desired height setting.
For maximum cleaning performance, the following
carpet height settings are recommended:
• Lowest setting: for all types of carpet and
bare floors.
• Higher settings: for very deep pile carpet,
where easier pushing effort is desired, while
maintaining good cleaning performance.
IMPORTANT
If the vacuum is difficult to push, push down and
turn knob to the next higher setting.
CAUTION
!
A. 2-in-1 Tool: Crevice Tool and Dusting Brush.
Dusting brush may be used for carved furniture,
table tops, books, lamps, lighting fixtures, venetian
blinds, baseboards, shutters, and registers. Crevice
tool may be used in tight spaces, corners and along
edges in such places as dresser drawers,
upholstered furniture, stairs and baseboards.
B. Handle/Wand is used to give extra length to your
hose. Can also be used with 2-in-1 Tool: Crevice
Tool and Dusting Brush.
