The Check sum is the value that results in a value of 0 for the lower 7 bits when the Byte
Count, Start Address, Data and Check sum itself are added. When receiving the Bulk Dump with
the wrong check sum, a check sum error will be displayed.

will then return to a status in which FE is not monitored.
