Can not remove clean out cover on bottom of sharpener.
To remove the clean-out cover on the bottom of the Chef's Choice EdgeSelect 120 sharpener, locate the cover on the underside of the sharpener. Simply remove it to access the magnet inside, which collects metal particles. After cleaning the magnet by rubbing or brushing off accumulated filings, securely reinsert the cover with the magnet in place.

Can't get it off!
How do you lubricate the Chef’sChoice model 120? And my device is missing one of the rubber feet. How do I purchase a replacement?
The Chef's Choice Model 120 does not require lubrication. If the honing disks in Stage 3 become glazed with grease, food, or sharpening debris, they can be cleaned and reshaped using the manual lever located in a recess on the left lower corner at the rear of the unit.
