Processor 01 has exceeded the thermal diode
temperature limit resulting in a thermal trip event,
check for airflow obstructions to fans and heat sinks.
Ensure processor air duct is present and secured. The
system is designed to run heavy loads up to 35C or
96F ambient. However, Under normal (i.e. no fan
failure) conditions, the CPU should not throttle until
42C/ 107F. (With a fan failure, throttling could possibly
occur at about 27C) Thermal trip should occur at 50C
/120F, thermal trip will shut down the processor or
system. If this occurs and the ambient temp is far
cooler - Refer to "Processor" in Debug Methodology
and failure Isolation section.
