Changing the black and white threshold
To bring out details in an image with the
output type, decrease the number in the
Bitmap (raster)
Black & White Threshold
Scan a picture.

menu, select

The image changes to black and white.
Decrease the value in the

field:
click on the left side of the slider,

drag the slider to the left,

type a lower number in the
field, then press
Tab

click the DOWN spin button next to the
field.
Threshold
The result of the change to the black and white
threshold setting can be seen in the preview area.
