EXTRACTION PANEL MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning the perimeter extraction panel
Removal:
Pull the panel (BOTTOM) firmly and twist it upwards.
Unscrew the safety knob with pliers.
Disconnect the panel from the hinges.
Cleaning:
The extraction panel must be cleaned as often as the grease filter, using a rag dampened with neutral liquid detergent.
Do not use products containing abrasives. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!
Fitting:
Refit the parts in reverse order.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure the panel is firmly fixed in place.

1. Control panel.
Note: the position of the control panel may vary, depending on the model
(see adjacent diagrams).
2. Grease filter.
3. Halogen lamps.
4. Front panel.
Control panel
a. Light ON/OFF switch
b. Motor ON/OFF and minimum speed (extraction power) selection button
c. Medium speed (extraction power) selection button
d. Maximum speed (extraction power) selection button
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply
