Indicates the link state of the port. When the port's link state changes, its operational status
(swFCPortOpStatus) is affected.
Values Possible values are:

enabled (1) The port is allowed to participate in the FC-PH protocol with its attached port (or
ports if it is in an FC-AL loop).
disabled (2) The port is not allowed to participate in the FC-PH protocol with its attached ports.
loopback (3) The port might transmit frames through an internal path to verify the health of the
transmitter and receiver path.
