Compose and send e-mails using an external e-mail account

On your Inbox, press

Use the keyboard to enter the message recipient's e-mail address in the
To field. As you enter information, matching contacts will appear on the
screen. Touch the recipient or continue entering the e-mail address. If you are
sending the e-mail to several recipients, separate the e-mail addresses with a
comma. You can add as many message recipients as you want.
3. Enter the subject, then compose your message.
4. Touch Send.
Note Touch Save as draft or press the BACK button to save the message as a draft.

Manage e-mails on your external e-mail account

To sort messages
1.
On your Inbox, press

Select from the following sort options:
• Date. Sorts your e-mail messages by the time you received it.
• Subject. Alphabetically sorts your e-mail messages by subject.
• Sender. Alphabetically sorts your e-mail messages by sender.
To delete a message
1.
On your Inbox, touch a message to open it for reading.
2.
Use your finger or the TRACKBALL to navigate to the end of the message,
then touch Delete.
