To determine if your printer’s software is already installed, click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers. If your printer is listed in the Printers window, the printer is ready to use; no software installation is required. -

If a disc has printing on only half of the disc, or if the disc is slightly imbalanced, the imbalance is greatly magnified by the high speed and the noise is louder. This effect is inherent in the high-speed technology and does not indicate a problem with the drive.
