Your fax machine has special Program Keys (P1 to P8). These keys are useful if you frequently need to send
to the same group of stations. You can use these keys to store an additional One-Touch key or a One-Touch
group key.

Entering an Email Address

Once you program an email address in the Program Keys (P1 to P8), you can specify the station simply by

FUNCTION
Enter the Program key that you wish to set. (P1 to P8)

For One-Touch group key.

For One-Touch key.
Enter the email address using the Character keys (up to 60
characters).
If you make a mistake, you can use < or > to move the
cursor over the incorrect character, then overwrite it with a
correct one.
