How do I become an expert?

Dragon NaturallySpeaking Essentials
Switching from keyboard to voice takes time. While you're learning to
use Dragon NaturallySpeaking, continue to use the keyboard when this
is easier for you, but don't give up on talking to your computer. With
practice, it becomes more natural.
Try to spend at least a few minutes each day practicing, for example:
Dictate a few paragraphs from the daily newspaper
Create a "to do" list for the day
Write an e-mail message to a friend
When you practice, focus on improving the accuracy of the product.
Here are some things to try:
Experiment with speaking as clearly as you can. You can prevent
most speech-recognition mistakes simply by enunciating your
words.
Correct all the speech-recognition mistakes in your document, and
then dictate the same text again. See if results improve.
