- Page 3 BATTERY INSTALLATION RADIO OPERATION Listen to FM/AM radio 1. Remove the screw and then the battery door. Insert 4 pcs AAA/ UM4 batteries (not supplied) with polarities (+/-) matching the engraved markings in the battery compartment. Turn VOLUME/OFF knob to turn on the unit. The radio frequency will be displayed. You Reversed batteries may cause damage to the unit.
