5 Click Save to save your changes.
NOTE: iFolder changes password directly in the LDAP server. If the same LDAP server is a
user management source for other applications, then the new password will be applicable to
those applications as well. After you change your password, the iFolder session will expire and
you will be logged out. You must then log in again to connect to iFolder services.

9.7 Viewing History

Click History to view the history of the changes you have made to the selected iFolders, and to it's
files, folders and shared users. The History page tracks and displays all the iFolder operations and
modifications performed on the selected iFolder. It lists all the folders and files that have been added
to or removed from the selected iFolder by any user. It shows the time and date of iFolder operations
performed, and the username that tells you who performed the iFolder operations on the selected
iFolder and on its files and folders

9.8 Viewing Details

Click Details to view the iFolder properties of the selected iFolder. You can also edit the description
you have provided when the iFolder was created. You can view the following iFolder properties:

Description
The name assigned to the iFolder.
A short description of the iFolder.
To edit the iFolder description, click Edit. In the new
page that opens, type the new description in the
Description field and click Save.
To cancel the changes made, click Cancel.
Displays the last modified time of the iFolder when
it was last modified by any user.
Displays the date when the iFolder was created.
Displays the username of the iFolder member who
is currently accessing the iFolder.
Displays the username for the iFolder owner.This is
the full distinguished name of the iFolder owner.
Displays the size of the iFolder.
Reports the total number of iFolder users belong to
the iFolder.
Displays the total number of files in this iFolder.
Displays the total number of folders in this iFolder.
