1.1 System Requirements

System requirements vary depending on the version to which eDirectory is upgraded. The following
sections contain the system requirements for upgrading to eDirectory 8.8 and eDirectory 8.8 SP5.

1.1.1 Upgrade to eDirectory 8.8

You can upgrade to eDirectory 8.8 on the following version of NetWare:
OES2 NetWare 6.5 SP7
OES2 SP1 NetWare 6.5 SP8
You require administrative rights to the eDirectory tree so that you can modify the schema.

1.1.2 Upgrade to eDirectory 8.8 SP5

You can upgrade to eDirectory 8.8 SP5 on the following version of NetWare:
