QUICK START
REAR CAMERA MIRROR
Available Rear Camera Mirror uses a camera to provide a wide and less obstructed view behind the vehicle while you're driving. You can switch between the camera view and a traditional rearview mirror.

HOW TO USE REAR CAMERA MIRROR
Adjust the traditional rearview mirror before switching to the Rear Camera Mirror.
Switch between Rear Camera Mirror and the traditional rearview mirror by pulling or pushing the tab under the mirror (1).
Press the left (2) button to switch between adjusting the brightness, tilt, or zoom.
Press the center (3) or right (4) buttons once or multiple times to make the desired adjustment.

HOW TO WASH THE REAR CAMERA MIRROR LENS
Behind the steering wheel on the left side, rotate the windshield wiper stalk's inner dial (under the REAR camera icon) from OFF to the wash icon.
Note: The Rear Camera Mirror is only activated when the vehicle is on. If the vehicle is off, you will see the traditional rearview mirror regardless of how the tab (1) is toggled.

HOW TO USE LYRIQ MEMORY SEATS

Available memory seats allow two drivers to save their preferred seat positions.

HOW TO SET MEMORY SEAT POSITIONS

1. Locate the seat controls on the driver door.

2. Adjust the seat, steering wheel, and mirrors.

3. Press and release the SET button, then immediately press and hold the 1, 2, or rectangle with arrow (EXIT) button until two beeps sound (if beeps don't sound, the settings were not saved and you need to try again).

HOW TO RECALL SEAT POSITIONS

1. Press and hold the 1, 2, or EXIT button until the desired position is recalled (if the button is released before adjustments are complete, the movement will stop).

2. In the Settings app, go to "Vehicle" and then "Seating Position" to turn on Seat Entry or Exit Memory, adjusting the seat automatically.

3. Interrupt automatic memory seat recall by pressing the SET, 1, 2, or EXIT button.

Note: Based on your settings for automatic seat recall, 1 may be tied to key fob 1, and 2 tied to key fob 2, but EXIT will apply to both key fobs.

HOW TO USE FRONT SEAT POWER LUMBAR ADJUSTMENT

Available Front Seat Power Lumbar Adjustment helps put front seat occupants in a position that supports correct posture. Learn the benefi ts of lumbar support and how to operate the power lumbar adjustment, if equipped.

BENEFITS OF LUMBAR SUPPORT WHEN SEATED
Front Seat Power Lumbar Adjustment is designed to help achieve correct posture when driving, which may improve comfort by:

• Supports the natural curve of the spine.

• Helps decrease driver fatigue caused by incorrect posture.

• Allows for better head motion.

OPERATING THE FRONT SEAT POWER LUMBAR ADJUSTMENT WITH YOUR SCREEN AS A VISUAL GUIDE

1. The ignition must be set to On/Run or ACCESSORY to see the adjustment options on the infotainment screen.

2. Locate the round selection control on the outboard side of the seat or door panel.

3. Turn the round selection control to view the Seating Control Display on the center stack screen.

4. Adjust the lumbar level until it supports the natural curve of the lower back and spine.

HOW TO CONNECT BLUETOOTH & GOOGLE BUILT-IN WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE TO THE LYRIQ

1. Go to the Home screen.

2. Select «Phone».

3. Select «Manage Phones».

4. Select [+] to add a new device (or delete an existing one if needed).

5. Follow the steps on your phone and the vehicle screen.

6. Ensure the same code is displayed on both devices.

7. Select «Pair» on both the vehicle and phone.

8. You are now connected.

GETTING IN & OUT OF THE CAR DOOR HANDLES

QUICK START POWER-PRESENTING DOORS
ASSISTED OPENING DOORS
As you approach the vehicle with the key, the concealed door handles extend for easy access. To unlock and open the door, grasp and gently pull the handle. For the passenger door, a double click on the unlock button is required. The handles retract automatically when you close or move away from the vehicle.

HOW TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE
Connecting your LYRIQ to a Level 1, Level 2 or DC Fast Charger† is a quick and easy process. The LYRIQ is engineered to charge with stations using the SAE J1772 connector for Level 1 and Level 2 charging, and the SAE Combined Charging System (CCS) for DC Fast Charging.

CHARGE
First, locate a public charging station (see "EV Charging Levels and Finding a Charging Station" Quick Start Guide) or your vehicle's home charging equipment. You can use Cadillac Charge, in-vehicle Maps app or in-vehicle Google Assistant to search for a public charging station.

1. With your vehicle in PARK, locate the charge port door on the outside of the vehicle, located on the driver's side below the outside rearview mirror.
2. Open the motorized charge port door by pressing on the Cadillac emblem located on the upper right corner of the door. The door will open and a ring light around the charging receptacle will illuminate.
3. If DC Fast Charging, remove the DC Fast Charging dust cover on the lower portion of the vehicle's charging receptacle.
4. Plug the charging station's connector into the vehicle's charging receptacle.
5. Follow the steps on the charging station to start charging.
6. The connector will be locked and cannot be disconnected while charging is active.

7. The Charging Status Indicator will fl ash green when charging begins, and you may hear your horn chirp (unless disabled in your vehicle settings). The Charging Status Indicator light color and pattern provide information about the status of charging.
8. Charging will continue until you stop the process or until the vehicle reaches the target charge level.
9. When charging is complete, press the button on the key fob to release the charging cable, disconnect the charging station's connector from the vehicle's charging receptacle.

Close the motorized charge port door by pressing on the rectangular button in the upper right corner of the charge port. If you forget to close the charge port door, shifting your LYRIQ into DRIVE or REVERSE will cause the door to close automatically.
Note
While your vehicle is plugged in, you can check the "peek-in" screen on the Driver Display for a quick look at the current state of charge and estimated time to reach target charge level. This information is also available in the myCadillac mobile app if you want to check it remotely.

USE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, INCL. TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION

ABOUT ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
Adaptive Cruise Control uses a forward-looking camera, or a combination of a forward-looking camera and radar technology (depending on your vehicle), to monitor vehicles ahead of you. This feature helps you follow a vehicle at a distance that you select (Far, Medium, or Near) as you steer. This helps reduce the need for you to frequently brake and accelerate.
If the system doesn't detect a vehicle ahead, Adaptive Cruise Control works just like cruise control and maintains your selected cruise speed. When the system detects a vehicle ahead of you in your lane, it will automatically slow down or speed up your vehicle to maintain your selected following gap.
Just like cruise control, Adaptive Cruise Control uses the cruise control ON/OFF, CANCEL, SET and RESUME buttons on the steering wheel.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL OVERRIDE
If you press the accelerator pedal while the system is in use, automatic braking won't occur. You'll get a message in the cluster display, or the green ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL icon will turn blue, indicating that Adaptive Cruise Control automatic braking is temporarily disabled until you release the accelerator pedal.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL CAN FOLLOW A VEHICLE TO A STOP
Adaptive Cruise Control can follow a vehicle ahead to a stop. When the vehicle ahead starts moving again, you should check that it's safe to proceed and then either press the accelerator pedal or RESUME button to continue driving. For very brief stops, Adaptive Cruise Control will automatically resume and follow the vehicle ahead.
Adaptive Cruise Control has limited braking capability, so if the vehicle you're following stops too suddenly, you'll get an alert to take action by quickly applying the brakes yourself.
The LYRIQ is equipped with a Driver Attention System (DAS) on the steering column, Adaptive Cruise Control may automatically resume and follow the vehicle ahead for longer stops if the system detects that you're paying attention to the road.
Check your Owner's Manual to learn more about how Adaptive Cruise Control works on your vehicle at low speeds.

ABOUT ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

TRAILERING WITH ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
If equipped, Adaptive Cruise Control may be used when towing an attached trailer that is electrically connected and within GM-approved allowable size and weight limits.
When you turn on Adaptive Cruise Control while trailering and change the gap settings, an icon will appear in your Driver Information Center (DIC) next to your gap setting display that indicates you have trailering functionality for Adaptive Cruise Control equipped.
When towing a trailer, Adaptive Cruise Control driving characteristics such as following gap, acceleration rates and braking rates may be modifi ed to provide a better towing experience.
When towing a trailer with Adaptive Cruise Control, it is important to properly set the Trailer Gain. Check your Owner's Manual for more information on setting Trailer Gain.
It is recommended you select Tow/Haul mode when driving down steep hills or mountain grades, or when hauling heavy loads.
If you turn on Adaptive Cruise Control and do not see the trailering icon in the DIC when you try to change your gap settings, your vehicle is not properly equipped to use Adaptive Cruise Control while trailering. You should not use Adaptive Cruise Control while trailering if this is the case.
Adaptive Cruise Control should not be used while towing a trailer with an aftermarket trailer brake controller. Aftermarket trailer brake controllers may not function properly with the Adaptive Cruise Control system.
You should read your Owner's Manual to learn more about the limitations of the system.

SAFETY CONSIDERATION WHEN USING ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
The system can only brake so much. Your complete attention is always required while driving.
Adaptive Cruise Control does not steer your vehicle. You must always be in control of vehicle steering.
The system may not react to parked, stopped or slow-moving vehicles. You should always be ready to take action and apply the brakes.
Don't use the system on winding or hilly roads, on freeway exit or entrance ramps, or when trailering (if your vehicle isn't equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control with trailering). In these driving conditions, the system may not detect the vehicle ahead.
The system can't detect traffi c lights or traffi c signs, so you still need to brake when necessary at intersections and lights.
Avoid using Adaptive Cruise Control when the rear of the vehicle or trunk is heavily loaded. See your Vehicle Load Limits and Owner's Manual for more information.
Safety or driver assistance features are no substitute for the driver's responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. The driver should remain attentive to traffi c, surroundings and road conditions at all times. Visibility, weather and road conditions may affect feature performance. Read the vehicle's Owner's Manual for more important feature limitations and information.
