Text-to-speech settings

You use the Text-to-Speech settings to configure the Android text-to-speech
synthesizer, for applications that can take advantage of it, such as TalkBack,
described in "Accessibility settings" on page 326.

If you don't have speech synthesizer data installed, only the
setting is available.
Listen to an example
current settings.
Install voice data
connects to Android Market and guides you through the process of downloading and
installing the data. This setting is not available if the data is already installed.
