Keep all stock parts from your existing system as some components may be necessary to install your new Yoshimura exhaust depending on the application. Read through all instructions before beginning installation. Exhaust system can be extremely hot.

Note: The stock exhaust port gaskets will be re- used with the Yoshimura full-system. 2b. Install (No. 9) M8X50, 8mm bolt where the Inspect and replace gasket if necessary.

Do not torque at this time. 14. Re-install the lower radiator support bracket. 7. Install (No. 2) 12651-419, Yoshimura tailpipe inlet over (No. 1) 12651-401, header outlet. 15. Re-install the stock O2 sensor into (No. 1) 12651-401, Yoshimura header.

Clean using a soft cloth and soap. Do not use steps again. If problem still persists, please call abrasive materials as it will scratch the surface. When you are performing periodic maintenance on your vehicle (like a tire change, or an oil change) you can remove your Yoshimura muffler from the vehicle and weigh it again.
