- Page 4 Get To Know Your Crepe Maker On/Off Switch Handle 8" Cooking Plate Before First Use Take the appliance and accessories out of the plastic bag and box. Clean the baking plate with a damp cloth or sponge. Place the device on a stable and flat surface and plug into wall socket.

When the power switch and power light is on, the heating will constantly remain ON until you turn off the unit. Dip the cooking plate into crepe batter, making sure not to get batter on base. Let the crepe cook thoroughly, use a plastic spatula to remove from pan.
