The instrument described in this manual is exclusively to use for measuring the thermal mass flow of gases. At the same time, the gas temperature is measured too. The VA 570 can be configured for measuring a predetermined range of pure gases or of gas mixtures.

Obligations of the installer of the system: The installer of the system is responsible for the safety of the system in which the VA 570 is installed. Pay particular attention to the technical data and ambient conditions (chapter 8) and the information on the electrical connection and prescribed connection cables (chapter 11).

Explosion hazard in potentially Ex-protective zones due to ignition of explosives when sparks are generated. In Ex-protective zones please use the Sensor VA 570 Ex.. Ensure clean compressed air without harmful components.
