Before using your device, please read the legal, safety, and regulatory information provided with your product.

Connecting your device

Before you begin you will need to download the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app from either the Play Store or Apple App Store.
Turn on your device, this will automatically put it in Bluetooth pairing mode. The first time you use your device you will need to pair it to your phone. Follow the guidelines provided with your phone to do this. Once this is completed your device will automatically connect to your phone when it is turned on.

Activating your device

To setup your device:

• Go to app.bullitt.com to create your free Bullitt Satellite Messenger account.
• Input your mobile number you wish to use with Bullitt Satellite Messenger.
• A verification code is sent to your designated number to confirm ownership.
• Complete the on screen prompts to create your account.
• You can now use the telephone number and password created at sign up to login to the Bullitt Satellite Messenger app.

Registering your device and choosing a plan:

• During account setup you will be prompted to enter your 6-digit activation code or ICCID of your Bullitt Satellite Connect enabled device. You can find this code printed on an insert inside the original packaging of your product.
• Enter the code displayed and select a plan from the satellite service packages displayed on screen.
• Complete checkout by entering your billing address, contact details and payment method.
• After successful completion your device is registered and ready to use on the Bullitt Satellite Connect network.

NOTE: A valid payment method is required for all packages regardless of any free trial period displayed.

To setup your device:
For your device to connect to a satellite it needs a clear view of the sky. Please avoid tall buildings or heavy tree coverage.

• Avoid hitting, throwing, crushing, puncturing or bending the device.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the device or its accessories. Only Motorola approved service centres should be used for repairs.
• Do not switch on the device where the use of transmitting devices is prohibited, or where the device may cause interference or danger.
• For medical implant patients, keep the device 15cm away and, during usage, keep the device positioned on the opposite side of the implant.
• Observe any laws or regulations on the use of wireless devices. Respect others' privacy and legal rights when using the wireless device.
