POWER SUPPLY
1. Remove the lid of the battery compartment by sliding it
outward in the direction of the arrow.
2. Insert 2 UM4 / AAA / R03 batteries into the compartment.
3. Replace the lid.
POWER ON/OFF THE UNIT
1. Scroll the volume knob upward to turn on the unit, you will
hear a "click" sound.
2. Scroll the volume knob downward to turn off the unit, please
make sure you hear a "click" sound.
USING THE RADIO
1. Turn on the radio by rotating the volume knob.
2. Use the band selector to select band.
3. Use the tuning control to tune to your desired radio station.
4. Adjust the volume level.
To enhance radio reception ability:
FM: Extend the telescopic antenna.
MW: Rotate the unit horizontally for optimum reception.
LISTENING WITH EARPHONE
Connect the earphones (not included) to the earphone jack
on unit.
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen
at high volume levels for long periods.

RECOMMENDATIONS
For safety reasons, only qualified personnel should open the
unit.
Take care not to splash liquid on the set or expose it to high
temperatures.
Remove batteries when storing this unit for more than one
month.
To prevent personal injury, do not reverse any of the batteries
and do not use different types of batteries.
MAINTENANCE
Clean the unit with a soft cloth, or a damp chamois leather.
Never use solvents.

- DO NOT PLACE NAKED FLAME SOURCES, SUCH AS

- TAKE ATTENTION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS
OF BATTERY DISPOSAL.
- USE THE APPARATUS ONLY IN MODERATE CLIMATES
(NOT IN TROPICAL CLIMATES).
- DO NOT EXPOSE THE APPARATUS TO DRIPPING OR
SPLASHING.
- DO NOT PLACE OBJECTS FILLED WITH LIQUIDS, SUCH
AS VASES, ON THE APPARATUS.
- BATTERIES SHALL NOT BE EXPOSED TO EXCESSIVE
HEAT SUCH AS SUNSHINE, FIRE OR THE LIKE.
If at any time in the future you should need to dispose of
this product please note that Waste electrical products
should not be disposed of with household waste.
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your
