Press and hold the Multifunction and Volume + buttons for 5s to perform a Master Reset. The Multifunction button will flash in purple for 2s upon completion and Creative Zen Hybrid will revert to its default state. Master Reset is reserved for cases where users encounter issues while the headphones are in use or during situations such as: Bluetooth Pairing failure, random LED blinks, or data reset. -
