Once the request is approved, the method for delivering the approved certificate varies. For example,
for RA agent requests, the CA immediately returns a PIN to use to claim the approved certificate.
Other users may be able to access their certificate request in the end-entities page and retrieve the
certificate immediately.

6.3. Listing Certificates

Unlike the CA, which can filter and search for specific certificates issued, the only way to find a
certificate processed through the RA is to list all certificates.
1. Open the RA agent services page.

2. Click the List Certificates link.
3. All of the certificates which have been processed through the RA are listed.
4. To view the certificate, click the Serial# list for it. To see the original certificate request, then click
the Request ID for it.
