150 Watt Explosion Proof Pole Top Mount LED Fixture
This explosion proof light is designed for illumination of industrial locations. It uses the latest in
solid state lighting technology for long life, low maintenance and high efficiency.
The unique design focuses the light where it is needed, giving improved efficiency over a
conventional HID luminaire.
An internal, universal input, power-factor-corrected switch-mode supply allows it to be used from any
nominal 100-277V AC supply without any variation in light output.
WARNING
To avoid the risk of fire, explosion or electric shock, this product should be installed, inspected
and maintained by a qualified electrician only, in accordance with all applicable electrical codes.
To avoid electric shock:

Be certain electrical power is OFF before and during installation and maintenance.

Luminaire must be connected to a wiring system with an equipment-grounding conductor.
To avoid explosion:

Make sure the supply voltage is within the luminaires' voltage rating.

Ensure the marked T rating is less than the ignition temperature of the Hazardous
Atmosphere.

Do not operate in ambient temperatures above those indicated on the luminaire nameplate.

Do not operate if the lens is cracked or damaged. All fasteners should be properly seated.
For supply connections, use wire rated for at least 110°C
MOUNTING
This fixture offers an adjustable swivel bracket that allows 270° of adjustment and is attached to
a slip fit yoke for easy installation.

Make sure the mount diameter will fit the pole to be installed on.

Loosen the set screws around the slip fitter and slide the mount over the pole. It is
recommended to have two people lift the fixture.

Tighten the two set screws to secure the slip fitter.

Feed wires from fixture through slip fitter and supply wires from the pole. Make the necessary
connections in the junction box.

To adjust the angle of the light, loosen the bolts on each side and swivel fixture to desired
angle. Tighten all bolts.
