  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions The curved surface faces the front of the unit. ① x 2 ② x 2 ③ x 2 DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws until all the bolts or screws are loosely installed. To avoid causing damage to the threads, DO NOT overtighten the bolts or screws. 1.

Orient and attach one Seat Frame (D) to the Right Side Frame (B) by inserting two 38 mm Bolts (1) with the Lock Washers (2) and Flat Washers (3) through the countersunk holes on the Right Side Frame (B) and screw them into place as shown.

Insert the tenons of two Bottom Stretchers (C) into the mortises of the Right Side Frame (B). Make sure that the slant holes on the Bottom Stretchers (C) will face the floor when the Frame is turned upright.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions ④ x 4 6. Insert and screw four 50 mm Screws (4) into the slant holes on the Bottom Stretchers (C). Loosely tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions 7. Stand the assembled chair upright on a flat surface. Press down the Seat Frame (D) to even all legs. Now, tightly fasten all bolts and screws with the provided ratchet wrench and Phillips screwdriver.
