Toolbar

The Toolbar (FIG. 2) contains shortcuts to many of the main features of KPDesign.

Panel Navigator

All KPD files that are open are listed in the Panel Navigator (FIG. 1). If you double-click on the
project name, or its associated icon, the branch expands to list the page names defined within the
KPD file. By clicking on any one page, the associated Page Editor will open.
For every KPD file created, there is always an associated Main Page. The Main Page cannot be
deleted or renamed, and is the default page each keypad returns to upon a timeout, if a timeout is
defined.
Within the Panel Navigator, there are specific options available. For instance, if you select a page
and then choose Cut or Copy, from the drop down or a right-click menus, the software cuts/copies

Create a new document
Open an existing document
Save the active document
Cut the selection to the clipboard
Copy the selection to the clipboard
Pastes the contents of the clipboard to the active file, at the cursor's position.
Deletes the selected items
