BEFORE USE
First read all instructions before use and retain the manual for later reference. Only plug this appliance into an earthed socket. Before first use, remove the packing materials. Clean the basket and frying grill. (See "cleaning and maintenance") Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a soft cloth. Make sure that the electrical parts remain dry. This appliance heats food at all directions and most of the ingredients do not need any oil.
Note: Always use the frying grill with the silicone cases attached. They will help to stabilize the frying grill in the basket during cooking.
Heat Preservation Function
The appliance has a heat preservation function. Press button "", and then press "
" or "
" to adjust the temperature (60℃ to 90℃) and time (1 to 120 minutes) required for insulation.
This table shows the food product quantities and required temperature and frying times. If the instructions on the product pack should deviate from the values shown in this table, the instructions on the pack should be followed.

The appliance does not work | The appliance is not plugged in. | Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket. |

The ingredients are not fried completely | The amount of the food in the basket is too high. | Put smaller batches of ingredients in the basket. Smaller batches are fired more evenly. |

Fried snacks are not crispy | You used a type of snacks which shall be cooked in a traditional deep fryer. | Use oven snackes or lightly brush some oil onto the snacks for a crisper result. |
White smoke comes out from the appliance | You are preparing greasy ingredients. | When you fry greasy ingredients, oil will leak into the pan. The oil preoduces white smoke and the pan may heat up. This does not affect the cooking result or hurt the appliance. |
The pan still contains grease residues from previous use. | Clean the pan properly after each use. | |
Fresh fries are fried unevenly | Haven't use the right potato type. | Use fresh potatoes and make sure that they stay firm during frying |
Haven't rinse the potato sticks properly before frying. | Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove starch from the outside of the sticks. | |
