For 2021+ Bronco Congratulations on the purchase of your Trail Marker Lights, and thank you for choosing IAG Off Road! These instructions are intended for users with basic mechanical skills. Step 1 Remove the two TORX 30 bolts and nuts from the driver side factory Trail Marker. Step 2 Remove the two 10mm nuts from the bottom of the Trail Marker. Step 3 Remove the 10mm bolt from the top of the Trail Marker.

Step 4 Remove the Trail Marker from the vehicle. Step 5 Remove the weather stripping from the Trail Marker. Pry up on the tabs of the weather stripping using a small pry tool. Step 5 pt. 2...

Step 6 Install the weather strip onto the new driver side Trail Marker Light. Step 6 pt. 2 Step 7 Install new Trail Marker Light onto vehicle. Route the wiring behind the headlight towards the bottom of the vehicle.

Step 8 Install two provided 10mm bolts into the bottom of the Trail Marker Light. Do not tighten. Step 9 Reinstall the factory 10mm bolt. Do not tighten. Step 10 Once the three 10mm bolts are started, tighten the three bolts until snug.

Step 11 Partially remove the fender liner. Locate the connector on the back of the headlight. Depress tab on the headlight connector and remove. Step 12 Install the provided Headlight Adapter Harness onto the headlight. Step 13 Install the factory headlight connector onto the Adapter Harness.

These are provisions for additional lighting equipment and may not be used. If you are only installing IAG-BDY-F3168 Trail Marker Lights, only one of these connectors will be used per side. If you are also installing IAG-BDY-F3178 Side Mirror Lighted Caps, these can be plugged into the additional connectors.

Step 14 Option 1 For Trail Marker Lights to operate with the headlights. Connect the Trail Marker Light to the adapter harness. Step 14 pt. 2 Reinstall the fender liner. Repeat Repeat process for other side.

Step 14 Option 2 For Trail Marker Lights to operate with ignition, follow these steps. Step 14 Prepare the Driver Side Ignition Harness. (Fused End) Connect the Ignition Harness into the Headlight Adapter Harness. Step 14 pt. 2 Connect the Ignition Harness to the Trail Marker Light.

Step 15 Prepare the Passenger Side Ignition Harness. Connect the Bullet connectors of the Ignition Harnesses together, and slide insulator on the connection. Step 16 Route the passenger side Ignition Harness toward the passenger side. Route the wiring along the front of the vehicle, in front of the intercooler.

Step 18 From the engine bay, route the ignition harness as shown. Pull the fused end up towards the fuse box. Step 19 Remove the fuse box cover. Locate the 10amp fuse as shown. Step 20 Remove the fuse...

Step 21 Install the fused wire end into the fuse slot. Step 22 Route the ignition harness wiring through the notch in the fuse box as shown. Step 23 Reinstall the fuse box cover.
