    Can cheating the wind be good for it? We think so. Design and drive train modifications significantly reduce air resistance and minimise CO emissions. For example, a special front grille, spoilers, wheel deflectors and a lowered chassis help reduce drag. And Volvo’s state-of-the-art common rail turbo diesel with Start/Stop technology, brake energy regeneration, heightened gear ratios, optimised electro-hydraulic power steering, newly developed transmission oil (that reduces internal resistance), and energy saving tyres, all help lower CO emissions significantly.
