Preparation Before Use
Cleaning and Setup
Clean accessories with damp cloth. Place appliance on a level, stable surface. Remove all packaging materials.
Water Tray and Base Assembly
Place base on flat surface. Fill water tray to fill line, ensuring water is below heating element. Place water tray in base.
Component Installation
Place grease tray on base. Install heating element, aligning safety cut-off switches. Place grill plate on heating element.
Power Connection
Plug power cord into a 220-240V~50-60Hz electrical outlet. Grill is ready for use.
Using the Grill
Initial Operation Notes
First use may produce smoke/smell for ~60s due to protective oil. Grill auto-shuts off if heating element removed.
Operation Tips
Do not use without fan. Do not dry burn. Initial smoke/smell is normal. Surface fading with long use is normal.
Operating the Control Panel
Power On and Standby
Connect power, On/Off icon flashes. Press On/Off to enter standby mode, display shows '000'.
Temperature Adjustment
Use Temp Key with Up/Down keys to adjust temperature from 100℃ to 230℃.
Timer Adjustment
Use Timer Key with Up/Down keys to adjust cooking time from 20 to 120 minutes.
Fan Operation and Grilling
Press Fan Key to start fan (must run during grilling). Set 160℃, preheat 6 mins, then add food.
Shutdown and Cooling
Press On/Off Key to turn off. Unplug cord. Wait until completely cool before cleaning or moving.
Maintenance and Cleaning
General Cleaning Precautions
Always unplug before moving/servicing. Do not immerse base in water. Clean outside with damp cloth.
Cleaning Restrictions
Do not use abrasive, corrosive, or flammable cleansers. Do not use metal utensils on grill plate or other parts.
Specific Part Cleaning
Wipe outside with moist cloth. Do not soak grill plate. Do not remove/clean fan in base. Wash trays and lid separately.
Stubborn Dirt and Storage
Use warm soapy water for tough dirt. Soak grill plate with hot water/mild cleaner if needed. Store in cool, dry place.
