New features
This release includes the following major enhancements:

Support is provided for EVA4000/6000/8000 controller software 5.031.
NOTE:
EVA4000/6000/8000 controller software 5.031 replaces EVA4000/6000/8000 controller
software 5.030.
•
Migration from an EVA3000/EVA5000 storage system to an EVA4000/6000/8000 storage
system requires I/O to be quiesced.
•
Support is provided for multipathing I/O (MPIO).
•
Support is provide for booting from SAN with MPIO.
•
Support is provided for Storage System Scripting utility (SSSU) 3.2, build 7.
•
Different types of multipathing software are able to coexist on the same server.
