Remove Top Panel (Pattern 2)
Remove top panel by unscrewing 9 screws.

Remove Rear Panel Fasteners (Pattern 2)
Remove partition plate (1) screws and detach the partition plate.
Prepare Rear Panel for Removal (Pattern 2)
Cut clamp, remove 3 screws to prepare for rear panel detachment.
Removal of Electrical Box
Prepare Electrical Box Removal
Remove screws from stop valve mounting plate and partition plate (1), detach earth wires.
Disconnect Fan Motor Connector
Disconnect fan motor connector and release 4 clamps.
Disconnect Front Side Connectors
Disconnect connectors [S20], [S90], [S80] from the front side.
Release Compressor Lead Wire
Pull out clamp and release the compressor lead wire.
Disconnect Overload Protector Connector
Disconnect the relay connector for the overload protector and compressor.
Release Thermistor Harness
Release thermistor harness from the hook and pull out the clamp.
Remove Electrical Box
Slide electrical box leftward to unfasten hook, lift and remove the box.
Removal of PCBs
Remove Service Monitor PCB Cover and Connections
Remove cover, disconnect connectors [S52], [S102].
Detach and Remove Service Monitor PCB
Detach 4 clamps with pliers and remove the service monitor PCB.
Prepare for Main PCB Removal
Remove terminal board screws, earth wire, and unfasten right side hook.
Disconnect Main PCB Harnesses
Open terminal board and disconnect harnesses L1, L2, N1, N2.
Disconnect Reactor Harnesses
Disconnect 2 harnesses for the reactor [HR1] [HR2].
Remove Main PCB
Remove 3 screws, release 4 hooks to lift and remove the main PCB.
Removal of Fan Motor
Cut Fan Motor Clamps
Cut the clamps at 2 locations to free the fan motor.
Remove Fan Motor Screws
Remove the 2 lower screws first, then the 2 upper screws.
Remove Fan Motor
Remove the fan motor.
Removal of Coils / Thermistors
Remove Electronic Expansion Valve Coil
Pull the electronic expansion valve coil out.
Remove Outdoor Heat Exchanger Thermistor
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor.
Open Sound Blanket and Remove Thermistor
Open sound blanket (outer), remove discharge pipe thermistor, and open thermistor holder.
Remove Four Way Valve Coil
Remove the screw and then the four way valve coil.
Removal of Sound Blankets
Remove Outer Sound Blanket
Open the sound blanket (outer) and remove the sound blanket (top upper).
Remove Inner Sound Blanket
Open the sound blanket (inner) and remove the sound blanket (inner).
Removal of Compressor
Disconnect Compressor Wiring
Remove terminal cover, pull out lead wires, and remove overload protector.
Remove Compressor Piping
Heat brazed part and withdraw piping with pliers, remove 3 mounting nuts.
