  • Page 2 Electrical Safety EN60065:1998 INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing a Martin Audio CS265P, a powered sub-bass system designed to be used with the C115 and C516 Contractor Series loudspeakers. It incorporates two powerful 6.5" (165mm) drive units in an ultra-compact enclosure powered by an internal 150 watt amplifier.

  • Page 3: Mains Connection

    Before connecting to the mains, ensure that the version you have is the correct voltage. The CS265P is fitted with an IEC 320 mains receptacle with integral fuse holder. The 2 metre mains lead supplied is fitted with a 3-pin mains plug to UK BS1363.

  • Page 4: Signal Connections

    Pin 3 Cold (-) Important Note: The CS265P is supplied from the factory with pin 1 in the Ground Lift position, with a 47R resistor between Signal 0V and Ground. Links on the printed circuit board can be changed to link Signal 0V direct to ground or removed completely (open circuit).
