If you select Alerts Only, sound emits only when there is an alert. If you select
All Off, no sound emits for any events. However, you will still hear sound for any
alarms that you have set.
To change the sound setting:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Sound, and then press Enter.
2. Press Next until you find the sound setting you want, and then press Enter.

Changing the time zone

Because some watch faces can display dual time zones, you can set two time
zones on your watch. When you enter the Time Zone setting, ZONE 1 appears in
the upper-left corner. To switch to ZONE 2, press Enter.
By default, the time zone is set to Auto-set and reflects the time zone that
corresponds to the atomic clock that the watch is currently set to receive. This
means that the time zone updates automatically as you move from place to place.
For example, your watch displays the Pacific Time Zone when you are in San
Francisco and the Eastern Time Zone when you are in New York.
