Your modem now supports 128Kbps synchronous mode.
When your modem is in this mode, it supports USWest
128K IDSL service.
IDSL mode is a leased line configuration, there is no call
setup required or supported. When the modem is turned
on and in IDSL Mode, it will attain physical layer
synchronization with the network. Data passes over both
B-Channels, to a single 128Kbps data stream. The data
stream is sent in a synchronous data format across the DTE
interface.
Once you have configured your modem for IDSL Mode, the
modem will read settings from NVRAM upon powerup.
To configure your modem for IDSL mode, enter the
following commands:
AT&F1*V2=4
ATS67=6S44=3M0&C1&D2&L1&M1&W
Your modem will respond with an "OK" message after you
enter each command.
