WARNINGS
• Risk of fire / electrical shock.
• LED Fixture installation requires knowledge of luminaire electrical systems.
• Risk of electric shock – disconnect power at source before installation.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical
components during installation.
• If lamp or luminaire exhibits abnormal operation (buzzing, flickering,
minimal light, etc.), turn off power, remove fixture, and contact us.

1. Take out the cross bar.

5. Tighten two screws.

2. Install cross bar to the outlet box.

6. CONNECT FIXTURE
Lift fixture to outlet box. Using wire nuts provided connect
bare copper wire from fixture to green or bare copper
ground(house) wire. If outlet box is ground wire directly to
toulet box. Connect white fixture wire(s) to neutral supply
wire. Connect black fixture wire(s) to power supply wire.

CAUTIONS
• Do not use with dimmers.
• Do not look directly at the operating LED Fixture.
• Do not touch this product with wet hands.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or alter lamp.
• Designed for outdoor applications only.
• Suitable for wet locations.
• The luminaires shall be grounded.
• Be careful not to touch the lamp pins to the metal housing when installing.
• This Device is not intended for use with emergency exits or emergency lights.

3. Remove the two screws on top
of the fixture and slide out the E12
socket housing.

7. MOUNT FIXTURE
Insert fixture mounting screws though holes on the back
plate and secure to cross bar by tightening decorative
nuts. NOTE: Hand tighten decorative nuts.
Do not use any tools as over tightening may occur
causing damage to back plate.

4. Install flame bulbs.
