INSTALLATION STEPS
1) Lower spare tire and remove existing M14 hex bolts(if necessary) from each frame rail.
2) Raise hitch into position and secure with M14 hex bolts and lock washers in existing weldnuts as shown.
(Leave finger tight.)
3) Install 1/2" carriage bolts, spacers, and flange nuts in remaining holes as shown.
4) Torque rear M14 bolt first to 100 ft-lb and all 1/2" fasteners to 75 ft-lb.
5) Reinstall spare tire removed in step (1).
PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS
ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
